Kaylyn joined RMS in 2021 as an Account Coordinator and was promoted to Account Manager in 2024. She has substantial experience with Scan Based Trading, Greeting Cards, General Merchandise, Health & Beauty, and Planogram execution. Prior to RMS, Kaylyn was with Target as a General Merchandise Team Lead for 2.5 years overseeing several departments (Stationery, Home, Kitchen, Bed/Bath) and the store’s Planogram Team. Additionally, she has 9 years of experience with a specialty retail store; including management, visual merchandising, and in-store execution. Kaylyn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Relational Communications at Crown College with a minor in Psychology.
