The Retail Merchandising Services (RMS) team is comprised of seasoned experts. Our leadership has over 150 years of combined executive retail experience, including store and corporate inventory management, merchandising, operations, and manufacturing. Our account team has deep knowledge of retail store and merchandise management. RMS recruiters have a long, successful record of hiring and working in retail stores.
Kati is the President and COO and has been with RMS since 1998. Prior to RMS, Kati was with Target Corporation for over 18 years in various positions across the country. She oversaw multiple stores in both LA and the Chicagoland area. As President and COO, Kati is instrumental in the growth of RMS, the development of the leadership team, and running the day-to-day operations of the company. Kati also leads the team to execute the strategic vision of the company with continued focus on the growth of RMS, the client focused partnerships and the quality of service. Kati is a graduate of University of Missouri – Saint Louis.
Lindsey joined Retail Merchandising Services in 2022 and serves as the Director of Human Resources. Lindsey brings 10 years of experience in Human Resources to RMS as well as a bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising and Management with a minor in Human Resources. In her role, Lindsey provides strategic direction and leadership for all HR programs including staffing, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Operationally minded, Lindsey takes a dynamic approach to incorporating Human Resources policies within everyday business operations.
Lisa joined Retail Merchandising Services in 2021 and serves as the Director of Client Services. Lisa brings 10 years of retail management experience in both big box and specialty retailers. Lisa joins us most recently from Target where her experience included roles in store leadership, inventory management, merchandising, and operations. Her most recent role at Target was a Store Director. As the Director of Client Services, Lisa provides strategic direction and leadership to the client services team with an emphasis on building solid client relationships and ensuring outstanding in store execution. Lisa received her Bachelors Degree from the University of North Florida.
Macie joined Retail Merchandising Services in 2021 as its Financial Controller providing strategic management of its finance, accounting and payroll department. Macie has almost 25 years of experience in financial roles within a variety of professional services industries for corporations ranging from small businesses with $5 million in revenue to large global businesses with over $4 billion in revenue. In addition to finance and accounting, she has experience in government contracting, mergers and acquisitions, audits, tax preparation, real estate, HR and IT. Macie graduated with a MBA in finance from Bethel University.
Dave is the Business Development Director and has been with the company since November of 2018. Dave has over 25 years of experience in retail including senior roles in merchandising, marketing, sales and retail strategy. His experience includes working for both retailers and retail suppliers. In his role, Dave leads RMS in the development of new partnerships, service innovation, and marketing initiatives.
Kelli is the Director of Operations and has been with RMS since 2016. Kelli started her career with RMS on the Client Services team before moving to her previous position as the Operations Manager. Now, as the Director of Operations, Kelli works to drive project execution rates to levels that exceed the industry averages. She also oversees Field Rep training programs and quality control processes to ensure superior project execution for our clients. Prior to RMS, Kelli has experience in big box retail for 8 years. Her experience includes roles in store leadership, specializing in Operations and Logistics. Kelli received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
Tim joined Retail Merchandising Services in 2022 as Director of Information Technologies. In this role, Tim provides oversight of the IT organization which includes software development, technical vision, system infrastructure, risk management, and security. Tim has over 30 years of experience in technical roles and business verticals of software development, marketing, services, and manufacturing. He is a hands-on leader and is involved with the day-to-day tasks necessary to maintain business functions and move strategic initiatives to successful completion.
Jason joined Retail Merchandising Services in 2023 as our Field Operations Manager. Jason comes to RMS with 23 years of retail experience in big box retailers, including 12 years in leadership and over 6 years in Human Resources. Most recently Jason spent 16 years in Target stores which included roles in merchandising, management, logistics, training, and operations. As Field Operations Manager, Jason works directly with our team of Field Coordinators and Certified Trainers to ensure they are training and mentoring RMS service representatives in their assigned areas throughout the US. Jason’s goal is to provide all merchandising reps with the skills they need for superior project execution. This, in turn, leads to high customer satisfaction!
Kim has been with RMS since 2012 as a Senior Account Manager. She came to RMS with 8 years of merchandising account management experience in Target and several other large retailers. Prior to merchandising, Kim’s experience was inventory management for various Target suppliers. Kim has substantial experience and expertise in the Beauty category reducing voids, improving On Shelf Availability (OSA), display execution, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
Dawn has been with RMS since 2014 as a Senior Account Manager. She has substantial experience with Scan Based Trading clients as well as category expertise in Food and Beverage, Electronics, and Sporting Goods. Prior to RMS, Dawn was with Target for 22 years. Her experience includes roles in Field Leadership, HQ Project Management and HQ Finance Leadership Operations.
Sherri has been with RMS since 2013 as a Account Manager. She has substantial experience with Scanned Based Trading clients as well as category expertise in Electronics, Toys, Apparel and Health & Beauty. Prior to RMS, Sherri was with Target for 30 years. Her experience includes operational field leadership & training and store execution as a Store Director.
Catalina has been with RMS since 2017 as an Account Coordinator and an Account Manager. Catalina has substantial experience with Scan Based Trading clients and endcap display services. Additionally, she has category expertise in Health & Beauty, Food & Beverage, and General Merchandise. Prior to RMS, Catalina was with Target for 2.5 years. Her experience includes roles in leadership and training.
Nick has been with RMS as a Senior Account Manager since 2021. Prior to RMS, Nick was with Target for 7 years most recently as an Executive Team Lead of General Merchandise. His experience includes roles in leadership, logistics, and training. Nick has substantial experience with Scan Based Trading clients as well as category expertise in Food and Beverage, Electronics, and General Merchandise. Nick double majored from the University of MN- Twin Cites with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Business and Marketing / Human Resource Development.
Issa joined RMS in 2018 as a Compliance Coordinator, Account Coordinator & was then promoted to an Account Manager. She has substantial experience with Scan Based Trading clients as well as category expertise in Food & Beverage, General Merchandise, and Health & Beauty. Prior to RMS, Issa worked as a store leader in specialty retail stores for 6 years. Her background includes merchandising management, visual presentation & in-store execution. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Minnesota – College of Design in Apparel Design with minors in Retail Merchandising, Design, & French.
