The client launched ten new items in a large national retailer and RMS was hired to place hangtags for 8 out of 10 DPCIs on the salesfloor and complete POG maintenance.
RMS received bulk supplies & divided out 32 hangtags per store to ship out so reps had the needed supplies before the service week began. Reps used a store device to check for backroom locations to stock the salesfloor to capacity and print shelf labels, if missing. Hangtags were installed on all select DPCIs on the salesfloor; any remaining hangtags were left with the store contact to install on future product shipments.
- RMS reps identified a handful of stores scheduled to have product but the store device indicated it was not on the store’s floorplan. RMS Account Team escalated these stores to the client for further analysis.
