MERCHANDISING REPRESENTATIVE
Completes ongoing retail merchandising objectives as well as additional merchandising projects as assigned at designated Target stores in a professional manner
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:
- Completing weekly assignments within specified time frame. Larger volume stores may be serviced 2 times a week
- Planogram maintenance including zoning and replenishing products as well as sign and label maintenance
- Additional merchandising examples are IRC placements, correcting labeling issues, quality control and marketing returns
- Building and maintaining rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives
- Preparing and submitting to headquarters all required paperwork on a timely basis
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear; stoop; kneel, crouch and to climb or balance. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
